Future Schedules

UPDATE: The content below was up to date before COVID hit. Once that happened, all of the future scheduling is up in the air. We will try to update this content as soon as we know of any changes.

Here is a look at the schedules in the foreseeable future. This is tentative, but we do know who Minnesota is scheduled to play in the next few years. So we put this together so you can have an idea of who Minnesota will be playing in the next few years.

NCAA teams are allowed to play 34 games during the regular season, not including conference postseason tournaments and the NCAA tournament. Special games and games played in Alaska are exempted from the 34-game limit.

The Ice Breaker Tournament games are exempt which allows for additional games to the schedule that year and is run by College Hockey Inc. The U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game is an exempt game generating revenue for the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame and Museum in Eveleth.
