Staying outside of the conspiracy theory on Green Bay, the NFL in general has been nearly impossible to watch this season. The flagarant overuse of flags as destroyed the flow of the game. I just don't enjoy it. The number of times there have been 3+ penalties in a row is really high this season.

Chiefs season ruined by Mahomes injuries.

It'll be packers (because we're MN fans) vs Patriots in the SB.

The chiefs have such a good offense that they don’t necessarily need Mahomes throwing the ball to be successful. That said idk if they have a competent backup or not.

Jesus to listen to fans like you (or well, half the pundits out there) you would think the Packers have been in the SB every year since forever. Must be dumb luck they have only made it once in the Erin Rogers Era.

I would give them credit for all the playoff appearances or Conference Title Game appearances...but I have learned over the years from Vikings fans those dont count.

Sounds like GB may be without each of their top 3 WRa for Sunday.....but they play Oakland.

Enough reason to get my hopes up?

They’re awful. All 3 phases, and not just Mitch. Ugly game at home coming off the bye playing the Saints practice squad. Just bad bad football all around.

The Bears offense looks Rutgers-like.

I didnt understand their decision to go away from the guy who was their most explosive player all year last year (Cohen) by drafting Montgomery AND signing Davis. Plus adding CP84.
Obviously Cohen isn't an every-down back but he's barely been used this season and their offense has been a disaster.

A much better question is why did they trade valuable picks to move up to take Trubisky when they could have traded down, gotten more assets and taken a better quarterback.

I am so sick of the Patriots having the refs in their pockets, these calls are just absurd. It's the crap like this over the past several years that has dragged my interest in the nfl down. This is getting to NBA levels of practically fixing games

And I know you guys will jump and say the Pack get the same treatment, and the other chosen boys of the nfl.

A couple of big questionable decisions at the end of that game. Bears punting from midfield with 2 minutes left? Chargers not going for it on 4th and inches on the ensuing drive? Show some guts, one of you.

I guess Nagy showed some guts having a 1st and ten with 40 seconds left on the 20 something. He runs it down to nothing a trots his kicker out there for a 40 yarder. The Bears kicking game had been a mess since Gould.

Plus the Bears were moving the ball with ease. That’s some stupidity right there.

That game had everything BUT scoring, the way those teams were moving the ball overall. Lots of big plays, etc. Neither could really close the deal, really. I don't think LAC won that game. The Bears lost it.

NE would be 3-4-1 today if their offense scored zero points.

That's just sick.

(paraphrasing the meme I saw):

Kobe Bryant missed 13,735 FGs in his career. The Bears are on pace to surpass that by game 12.

Pretty good, actually. Especially considering that was 28 years ago. And a much tougher FG. In the Super Bowl. ;)

Really? Viking fans are worse than Packer fans. Chests puffed out when they are winning, claim they expect it when they lose ( or worse, claim they don’t care). Bears fans are vicious, but loyal.

Really? Viking fans are worse than Packer fans. Chests puffed out when they are winning, claim they expect it when they lose ( or worse, claim they don’t care). Bears fans are vicious, but loyal.
Because we're in a position to have memes and mockery... that's why I feel shame.

Also they had the worst owners between Winter and Zygi and the worst stadiums ever yet people still keep coming. And a Bears fan talking about being obnoxious...

Don’t get into a “ Who’s had a worse owner and a crappier stadium “ with a Bears fan. You had LUXURY. 😂😂

If you want to blame the General Mills (among other corporations) Ticket bailout on a dome and ownership, you’re proving the point better than I did.

Did you ever go to the old Soldier Field? It’s only redeeming value was the lack of a roof. I once went to get a beer at halftime and didn’t get back to my seat until the end of the 3rd quarter. Awful.

This is true. It’s a ridiculously ugly stadium. But once you’re inside you don’t notice that and it’s very nice.

Tough year for the most Diversified Fan in the Land.

Northwestern Football Sucks
Bears suck and their young franchise QB is a dud.
Blues, Tarasenko’s battle ship is sunk
Twins got Yankeed.

What else am I missing?
A championship from any of your teams.
Well...there was one...oops...make that back to back 😉 :biggrin2: :biggrin2:
Do you mean the Gopher Hockey team? Perhaps Tank is a Lynx fan?
No...significantly more recent than say....17-18 years ago... involving a Men’s hockey team (150 to miles N)

Wow. For all the talk about the refs loving Green Bay, they must hate Chicago. A weak roughing the passer call on 3rd down followed by picking up the flag for OPI when Fuller is manhandled by Ertz to free him up for a TD catch. The Bears are bad enough without the help.

It was -10 with 1:10 to go in the half when PHI just went into a prevent in the Bears last possession to just get out of the half.

Lamar Jackson is a freak of nature athlete...we’re talking Randy Moss & AP stratosphere...freak of nature athleticism 👍 If he hones his craft under the better Harbaugh coach...as a QB...eventually Jackson could be VERY scary to play against 🏈

Good team that has their star quarterback
Lead us out of Loserville, Bob.
104 big four seasons with no finals appearance
Times advanced in playoffs last 15 seasons: Vikings 3, Wild 2, Twins 0, Wolves 0
1967 last football conference title, 1982 last basketball conference title, 2003 last hockey national championship

Oh, Pats got beat by 17, BAL lead the whole way. MN lost on a last minute FG.

Context is key. MN season is far from over, Kirk had a good (not great) game, Chicken Littles? The exit is to the left. Feel free to leave the bandwagon. :)
