Actually Jack Trice is set up very well for tailgating, too bad it's for ISU games.
Ames/ISU tailgating is real solid. Even back in the dumpster years post-Seneca Wallace in the mid-2000's. Lots of space right around the stadium. Wish I was going there this weekend instead of Huntington Bank for MACtion!

This is a secondary or even tertiary helmet for Nebraska, right? I hope they didn't mess with that overly simple N, even though I don't care for the team at all.

Iowa State has a full house in their stadium for a big rivalry game. The whole stadium is decked out in red and yellow. So naturally the ISU football team comes out wearing... white pants, black jersey with white numbers, and a white helmet. Not a single speck of red or yellow to be seen on their uniforms. Just... Why? Be proud of your school colors (even if they're ugly).

Yeah, I know the Gophers do this too, and I hate it.

I like soccer - even MLS - but as I'm watching UMi vs. UW I really don't need to see Liga MX scores in the scroll. Seriously no one watching this football games cares about that.

It was hanging from the upper deck and then fell, so I'm wondering if it was a cat that lived at the stadium and accidentally went over the edge. That is what I gathered by another angle of this video. I did not see anyone throw it over.
Edit.. Here is another video.

Ohhhhhhh how opinions change for Ohio State fans. It’s hard nose football when an Ohio State player drilled a Gopher player with the crown of their helmet. And when an Oregon player hits Olave in his back, their is no place for that in football.

Cry me a river Ohio State…

MADISON, Wis. — University of Wisconsin police say 45 people were ejected and 32 people were arrested during the football game between the BADgers and Eastern Michigan on Saturday night.

Police say 30 of the 32 citations were issued to UW students. The list included 30 citations for underage alcohol, one for possession of alcohol on UW lands and one for UW code theft, WISC-TV reported.

There were 22 first aid calls during the game, which the BADgers won 34-7.

Okay, the season can start now...Iowa beat the Clowns and looked fairly good doing just that. Iowa is doing their normal thing by being very good defensively and taking care of the ball on offense. I feel Iowa is a good football team...but not #5 in the country good.

For what I've seen, Iowa is defiantly playing like a Top 10 team at this time. Just they might've played the 2 most overrated teams in the preseason Top 25. It hurts me to say this, but I see them winning the BIG West and playing PSU or Ohio State for the BIG.

I know feral cats do roam stadiums. Though they are more commonly in the bowels of the stadium, not several levels up roaming around.

Didn't Target Field have a black roaming around even came onto the field back in 2019?!?!?!

Not to brag upon the Hawks but with two weeks of games in the books, I would agree that the Hawks look like a good team and probably better than the rest of the division. Goofy things happen but Iowa's schedule is in their favor except playing Wisconsin in Madison. Thank god they play Northwestern in Evanston because the Hawks can't play well against them in Kinnick.

So true. If I care about another game, I can either catch the highlights at halftime, or just pull out my phone and look up whatever it is I want.

The score's not that close now, but the game wasn't a blowout.
Nope, osu has some stuff to figure out. They've got a pretty soft conference schedule this year but I could see Penn State and Michigan possibly handing them some additional losses

I mean, I love to see it as much as the next guy, but hey maybe he gets his win and can keep Michigan delusional that he's the chosen one. NIU coach says Michigan built to beat OSU......yeah I'd be giving them props too if I got smoked like that.

Iowa won a game that they should win against Kent State yesterday. Petras finally had a good game and Goodson had his best game of the year. Iowa's defense did their thing, though they didn't have an interception but they got 7 sacks. I really like this Iowa team, still don't think they are a top 5 team though. They have Colorado State next weekend before getting Maryland and Penn State to begin the meat of their B1G schedule. If Iowa goes 2-1 over the next three games I will be very happy.

I thought it was at Lamdump, but it is Soldier Field. Should be a good game by two highly overrated teams.

I bet Jack Coan (former Badger starting QB and current Notre Dame starting QB) is REALLLLLLLYYYYYY enjoying the Irish's victory over Bucky (41-13). The Badger coaching staff benched him last season in favor of Graham Mertz. Mertz threw 4 INTs including two pick 6s in the game!!!!

Dislike both programs, Notre Dame and wisconSIN. Hopefully, Notre Dame gets curb stomped by Cincinnati next weekend and put this Norte Dame dog and pony show to rest.

Patterson on Tuesday said SMU orchestrated an attempt to plant its flag at midfield at Amon G. Carter Stadium if the Mustangs won. After SMU's 42-34 victory, several players tried to plant the flag at midfield. TCU players responded to the attempt, and Horned Frogs assistant coach Jerry Kill suffered a concussion after being knocked down twice on the field. Kill, the former Minnesota and Northern Illinois head coach, suffers from epilepsy but is OK and has returned to work, Patterson said.

Kill, 60, was initially knocked down by a TCU player during the fracas. Patterson said he wasn't sure if a TCU or SMU player knocked him down the second time.

Didn't see Iowa rolling over Maryland like they did last night. Petras threw for 3 TDs and ran for 2 more. The Iowa defense got 6 INTs for the night. Toughest game of their schedule is next week vs. Penn State...luckily it's at Kinnick.

Agree. Thought for sure it would be the toughest game so far for the Pigeons. Give credit to Iowa for capitalizing on all those Maryland turnovers in the first half. It snowballed quickly on Maryland.

Stanford upsets Oregon 31-24. Oregon had a 98% win probablity near the end of the game as Stanford had a great drive

Them or UCF have the best chance. Though if they do run the table as of now I see the committee taking 2 SEC, BIG Champ and either the PAC 12 or Big 12 Champ. Even if they all have 1 lose.
