It rotates amongst EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and Serie A. Right now, EPL has so much money that top to bottom, they are able to build solid squads.

5 years ago it was La Liga. It's swinging to EPL now.

The EPL has been widely regarded as the best league from top to bottom for quite a while now.

It really depends on how you define "best". Does best mean the league with the very best teams at the top? Because just a few years ago the answer is probably La Liga, if you're using that definition.

But if you're talking about the best league top to bottom, taking the mid and lower tier teams into account, I think most people would agree that it's the EPL.

Spain and Italy both have more finalists and winners in the Europa which extends past the Top 4 within each league, and EPL teams are notoriously bad when they play abroad. La Liga has been DOMINANT in European tournaments with something like 20 titles to 8 since 2000. However I agree with gg13 that the EPL is more competitive top to bottom.

Liverpool up 1-0 while Man City is knotted at zeroes in the 20th minute. If Man City is going to score, which it feels like they will, I hope they wait as long as possible for drama purposes.

Man, if Spurs manage to beat Liverpool in the CL Final, Liverpool will have 0 trophies for what was one of the most dominating seasons in PL history.

2-0-3 (yes we can use hockey style records on here) ain't bad in the first five at the new stadium.

Same number of points as 3-2-0 but unbeaten is much more interesting.

I don't know, I don't think I mind how Gasper played it.

He brought it down pretty well, it just fell kindly to the attacker. In his position, I think that was the better play than just letting it go.

Do I have this right? Is MN United 11-1-5 at Allianz with a +23 GD?
Yeah, only 1 home loss. It's a fortress! Basically a must win tomorrow.

Awesome! Allianz should be pretty jacked tomorrow. It's such a great stadium to watch a game in.

Looks like it. Checking off Allianz and US Bank before this year is over (vs. Packers). Hoping to get to my annual average of one Twins game some time next week.

Where do you park at the state fair for the Allianz shuttle?

Como Ave across from the Coliseum

Parking at Como costs? Cash only?

Shuttle is free I guess.

If I want to get to the stadium at 4:00, when should I be at the Como lot?

I believe it's $15 to park. Im not sure about cash and/or card. Ive prepaid for the season. Shuttle is free though. If you're there by 3:30, you will make it to the stadium by 4.

Big, big 3 points last night to put us 5 points ahead of the playoff line with 3 to play.

If we can go get a point in Portland next week I'll be thrilled. A point there, and a win against SKC at home would likely be enough, where we don't have to be in a must win on Decision Day. It would be nice if that final game is only for seeding. Even if LAFC will likely be resting their big guys.

First game was a good experience. Weather was perfect. Concourses were impossible to move almost for a big chunk of halftime. Lots of beer options is always a plus.

Obviously the level of play in MLS leaves a lot to be desired, but 3-1 was a justified result.
