Huh. I think I watched the Gophers win a Natty in Detroit.

While I didn't watch that, I'm pretty sure you're right. Against the Flickertails, no less.

At the Olympia! My dad and grandpa were there, too. Still haven't forgiven them for not bringing me along.

I am also fairly sure @YoungEagle has not forgiven me for bringing my dad in 2002 instead of him. :D.

Took me 9 hours to get a call back last week from delta.
I was able to get a full refund, not a credit, but that’s because I was traveling through a level 3 warning zone.
I’m hoping they let people use credits for 12 months from travel vs booking or else you have people who feel need to use it soon.

Especially not knowing how long this could be an issue! That is good to know, as we have a trip through Seattle in a little over a month. Nothing from Alaska airlines about flights out that far yet....

I think refunding is the right choice given this situation and I hope more airlines get on board with that, or at least offering a much longer time period in which to reuse the flights.

I'd be ok with a full credit, unless this drags on past summer, I've got trips lined up in August and September that I could use it on, so no big deal.

We booked our airfare in June of last year given it was a steal of a price. I'm not sure I can book something again by June. I'll have to call Delta and see what I can do. Any trips I have for that timeframe are already booked.

Yeah my flight was near $2000 so I wanted the refund vs credit. No idea when this blows over.
For context, my flight was through South Korea which is why I was refunded

According to this if your travel date is before April 30 you have until Dec. 31, 2020 to take the trip.

Isn't that if you rebook immediately vs. cancel? If you cancel I think you get a credit good through 1-year from the original bookins.
You may choose to cancel your trip, and use the value towards a future flight.

You may cancel your flight and apply any unused value of the ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket for a period of one year from the original issue date.
The change fee will be waived, however fare difference will apply for new travel dates and will be collected at the time of booking the new ticket.
To cancel your flight, visit My Trips on delta.com and click on "Modify Flight" then choose "Start Flight Cancelation".

Then I’d push hard for a refund if you don’t have anything to reuse it for. I don’t know how they can expect to keep people’s money in a situation like this. If you can even talk to someone before April! We haven’t tried yet but are in the same boat in that we may not have anything before then we can use it for. Although with all the pto about to open up I guess we’ll have to figure something out, but also not knowing when this virus will be over kinda throws a wrench into things. Delta needs to be more flexible imho. Good luck to us all!

FYI for those of us that are FF STH.
Ticket Refund Policy
Your NCAA Championship tickets will be refunded. No additional action is needed. Your refund will be automatically delivered to the same card used for purchase. Refunds should be received within 30 days.

The cancellation of the Men's Frozen Four will not affect your priority status and you will receive your priority point for Detroit.

I heard refunds “minus fees”. Any idea how much those are?

My guess is the convenience fee of $6 per ticket and the $13 processing fees. So mine would be $27

Mine is listed as coming through Friday. Pleasantly surprised by how efficient they've been on that.

I got mine yesterday too. Full refund including fees. Very surprised.
