I hate to be a broken record here but again there are a lot of guys on this team with USHL experience who are just as big a busts as the guys right out of high school. Of all the players on this team the only one you could say probably should not have followed the path he did is Ness.

I don't understand why everyone is hung up on size. Some of the most fun to watch and greatest college players of all time were smallish. Seems to me we have an overabundance of underachieving size lately and a couple of speedy, small, playmakers are just what the doctor ordered.

Bottom line is there are too many busts or studs. The studs are gone after two years or less and the busts eat up precious space for way too long.

I think people should be careful about getting too locked into specific classes with a recruit. It is likely not as clear cut for every player. There is going to be some flexibility with some recruits on when they will enter college based on potential pro departures, etc. They are up front about th...
