Today my kid's hockey team played Dave Hakstol's kid's team. He was on hand for the afternoon affair. Before the game I commented that it had probably been some time since he has seen a win and we needed to keep it that way. We ended up winning 8-0.
Did he flip you off?

Romero goes 5.2 innings, 4 hits and 3 walks, no runs.
Paul takes him out to trust the bullpen with a 2-0 lead.

I feel like I've seen this movie a lot lately.
I didn’t have a problem with pulling Romero there. He had a nice outing but looked like he was starting to labor a little in the sixth.

This may be unpopular, and could go in the broadcasting page, but I really dislike listening to Corey Provus broadcast a Twins game on the radio. Considering I work just about across the street, I'm embarrassed I'm not there more often. Bailee knows her beers. And the food is great.
Great beer list. I actually have an app on my phone that sends me notifications when they add a new beer. You should check it out.

Old Chicago's Cheesesteak Calzone is pretty solid. It's a heart attack on a plate, but quite delicious. NOW we have a reason to find an Old Chicago that is still open. Better hurry! Roseville or Apple Valley aren’t going anywhere anytime soon... For your sake, I hope not. Not sure what you'd do wit...

Re: Got Beer?

Speaking of Three Floyds, having a Necron99 right now. Man there is a lot going on with this beer, but in a good way. And I would have never guessed 7.3%, tastes much lighter.

Re: Minnesota Twins 2014-2020: Here's Your Damn Thread

No issue with the award, I just find it funny he wins it for a total body of work that shows a significant regression and decline in performance in the prior year as compared to 2 years prior, and then recovering back to a bit above that level. Deserved, just funny. Yep, it does seem like some peop...

Congrats to Dozier and Buxton for winning Gold Gloves. Much deserved for both of them!

Re: Got Beer?

Is it just me or does Darkness have a way more chocolate taste to it this year? Seems way too sweet. It's very sweet, hence me saying "it's too new." Give it a year or two, and everything should mellow out. Dark Lord is the exact same way. And got word that Bell's Black Note is hitting stores next ...
