There is more to it than just restrictions. Papers are only good for so many days (used to be 30 I think) and after that they no longer constitute a valid ID. Alcohol purchases without a valid id are problematic.

Back when I worked at a Pawn Shop we had hundreds of cordless tools, top of the line stuff barely used. Since our clientele wasnt gonna use it I sold it on Ebay for them for massive profit. ;)

I would care...but Jim Beam is pisswater. ;) The concern is all those Beam drinkers starting to buy whatever whisk(e)y you prefer, thus driving up the price.
