For you creative/design types of people, where do you go to find accessories and artwork for a space? Re: Gophs @ Irish 2/12 - 2/13

From all that I've heard, the Nelson may not have been a five, but since it was, the other hit should have been a five, due to the precedent set earlier with Nelson's hit, if that makes sense.

Re: WEATHERMANIA

I think the scariest moment I had was going from Plymouth Rd onto 394E, that Ridgedale exit, in my old Jeep. 2 lane ramp, cold weather like this. Hit a patch of ice, started to slide, purposefully over steered to avoid going OFF the ramp, did a 360, hit dry pavement (luckily going the right directio...

Agree with you on the hidden part of your post. Walk outside right now even with good covering and think about how long you would last Thinking about it more... Did that really happen? The little girl was obviously fake, you could tell that from the start. Did he embellish a heroic vision in his mi...

Re: Simple Pleasures...

Running out of ice melt at work. Shipped over 1200 50lb boxes this week, due to the ice storm that is affecting much of the country. Don't get me wrong, it's not about the business doing well, it's about lifting those sumbeeches from the shelf to the pallet. ;) (truthfully, only hand-loaded about ha...

Re: Got Beer?

Picked up a Portage Brewing Woods Of Winter bomber tonight. BA Scotch Ale w/Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Dunno when I'll crack it, but the mgr of the store and I agreed, that is a little out there/different. There are BA Scotch Ales, but not too many make 'em right now.

If anyone makes an issue of Tom having a few...kiss off. ;) It was a good idea to not let him speak, though. :D I'm sure with his diet, booze is not part of it, so his tolerance is no where near yours Rube. :D Believe me, I'm skinny enough where I have to watch that ABV, no matter what I eat...

Re: The Music Never Stopped: What Are You Listening To?

RNR HOF is a joke to me, frankly. That being said, LL and Jay-Z should def be in. Rage, Foos, and Dolls should be in. IIRC, Tina is nominated as a solo act (she's already in with Ike), and Carol should be in (in already as a non-performer). Go-Go's are meh for me, as much as I like them. Maiden, I n...
