Re: WEATHERMANIA

Dang. Had one real boomer, shook my place. Other than that, normal thunderstorm. Same, except we were watching TV when it hit VERY close by. As a result we lost that cable box despite repeated efforts to reset it, including a half hour on the phone with an Xfinity tech guy (all the other boxes esca...

Re: Consumer Research

Got mine cut this morning by my favorite stylist at the local Great Clips. Had to wait outside standing in the sun for over an hour until it was my turn to go in. Senior cut was $15 and I topped that with a $15 tip. Well worth it.

This stance needed to be taken 48 hours ago.

Frey is a failure and I can’t imagine him surviving this.
Frey who?

Re: Consumer Research

Thanks to both Grovetown Scotty and Orion for your input and suggestions. As it turns out in my first install of the new cylinder I did not have the pressure regulator completely vertical. This may have led to it "locking in a low pressure state" preventing the burners to heat up beyond 200 degrees....

If all three burners are affected I would say bad pressure regulator.
Seems logical. Appreciate the input!

Re: Consumer Research

I have a Weber grill that just went kaput. It starts and all three burners ignite but for some reason won't get hot enough for grilling. About 200 degrees max compared to over 600 when it was last used. I did have an extra (filled) tank that I tried, but no luck.

Any ideas, other than junk it?

Many parties at tUMD were in the basements of houses, which were unfinished and simple concrete floors. Next day, out comes the garden hose to wash it wall away down the drain.
Sounds OK as long as everyone was wearing a facemask. :yikes:

We just had a cell go over us in AV and got tornado warning alerts on the phone. Thankfully there was nothing serious as we don’t have anywhere to really hide in the house anyways. 😬
Where do you keep the horses? Seriously, don't you have a basement?

Re: WEATHERMANIA

100% chance of thunderstorms later this afternoon and into the evening, with some expected to be "heavy". Appears now that the chance of "heavy thunderstorms" is something less than "100%", especially for the West Metro. The whole system has taken more of a northeasterly path rather than the more v...
