Cap floor wins in the Ladd deal. Dvorak might be the next on the move after the expansion draft.

Looks like Philly is out of the Dumba sweepstakes so he stays at Xcel next year--I thought Glass was a prospect more valued, but I guess not.

He committed when Lucia was the coach, was excited about Motzko being hired and still came to campus.

This Talking Preps podcast with Ted Cheeseborough still has his commentary on Gentry but not sure for how much longer. Re: Committed Recruits Update Thread

We have a lot of ‘01 forwards that will run out of junior eligibility and need to come in 2022. Braccini Mittlestadt Pinoniemi Strobel Warner That doesn’t include Pitlick and Huglen who I think will come next fall. It’s going to be tough to fit all of those guys in when you have Miller, Lucius, Kur...

Re: Committed Recruits Update Thread

Here is my perspective on where things are at right now. The new goalie is going to be on ther roster next year, he's got two years of juniors and was the top high school goalie before getting that extra experience. If LaFontaine were to decide to leave, then they're going to need to find a third go...

Wait wasn’t much interested in getting into why this native of Edina, Minn., decided to transfer to UMass, other than to say, “Mainly because it’s like a family here, pretty much.”

The NCAA has to come up with better sites for the preliminary round. These 2 rinks out east are total pieces of sh__. The ice is slush. People are falling down, the puck is taking weird bounces. The nets won't stay in position in Albany. They are in such out of the way places it's difficult for fan...

Herrman..... I’d be curious what the kids that play there think of playing in Single A. I know when St. Thomas was getting rightfully earned flack for playing Single A, the players I knew always wanted to play up. I was about to say that with STA the players all made the choice to play there knowin...

Are the Whioux fans worried they won't make it to an 8:30 puck drop on Friday and then be able to properly prepare that early on a Saturday night? I mean these times are clearly better than Saturday morning hockey.

Re: NCAA Hockey 2020-2021 Season

If Mankato loses here, do they drop to a #2 seed in the NCAAs? I think the committee would have to think long and hard about it. Who would you move ahead of them? I could see them dropping to the overall #4, but with a 20-4-1 overall record, I'd think it's hard to drop them to the 2 bracket. Even t...

Re: NCAA Hockey 2020-2021 Season

I don't recall anyone being that upset that the Big Ten just cancelled the last Michigan-Michigan State game because they didn't feel like playing it. That helped Michigan's tournament chances since there was little to gain and much to lose by playing that game. Conferences can schedule however tha...
