Cool to see Perbix receive constructive criticism and use it positively. Should he be a Gopher, you'd figure two years in the USHL; could be a solid add.

Woukd have to imagine Knies is part of the 2021 class. Strong start as a 17 year old; will have two years in USHL and is more physically developed than most of his peers. Broz may press the issue, and despite a sluggish year, Pinoniemi will have two full USHL seasons at the time. Going to be interes...

Re: Potential Future Recruits - Part II

Do we have any picks for which uncommitted kid is going to light up the state tournament therefore causing many on this board to claim we should recruit them? Richels from Blaine Perbix from SCC Holt from EP Those three are already pretty well known. In order to qualify for the annual state tourney...

How many of those guys are pegged for next year vs. USHL?
Koster appears the only lock to be on campus in 2019-2020. Jury out on Brodzinski and Jensen. Nevers expected to be in USHL though he did sign his LOI.

Re: Committed Recruits Update Thread

Was good to see Nevers noted as an aggressive forechecker. Generally you hear more about his playmaker prowess. Curious to see how he adapts to the USHL.

Re: Committed Recruits Update Thread

HockeyProspect.com is pretty bullish on Ryan Johnson. They have him at 18th overall. Pitlick was 31st in their January rankings but has dropped off.

Re: Committed Recruits Update Thread

In any event, given this is his draft year and 18-19 was likely Chaska's best tourney shot, expecting Pitlick to be in the USHL next year.

Re: Committed Recruits Update Thread

I believe you can be up to 20 years old when participating in the MSHSL. Has to do with which semester you hit during your schooling. Pitlick should be fine if he chooses to return. Maybe that’s what it was. Something to do with 12 semesters? You're correct. I can't pretend to understand all the pe...

Re: Committed Recruits Update Thread

Huglen/Pitlick/Koster all suiting up for their respective USHL teams tonight. Hope they can get some solid experience, specifically Koster since he seems the likeliest to be on campus this fall.

Re: Potential Future Recruits - Part II

In addition to discussed players such as Reichel and Perbix, curious to see EP's Drew Holt more extensively this week. Toolsy player whose production should skyrocket with some heavy-hitters graduating from the program.
