I don't use okra much, but I am told it adds thickness to sauces. It does and okra can also get slimy, epically in something like Gumbo, that may be leftover. It’s crazy what kids will do to you. The recession hits and suddenly that severance (for those fortunate to have one) is a nice thing to have on the back pocket.
