There are parts of Red Lake that you must be a tribal member to fish on but other parts anyone can fish on. There are lakes in Northern MN that also are a part of Canada. Are these borders somehow marked? Not physically. It's recommended that fishermen use GPS mapping to keep track of where they are.

Yeah, Brendan Harms played hockey at Bemidji State a couple years ago. He might be an upgrade at point guard though.
