'tis where Phoenix is relocating its franchise to.

There seems to be a lot of solid defensemen expected to go around where the Wild pick so I would guess we'd go with one of them depending on availability. Is Galchenyuk expected to be available at 7? Even though he missed about a full year he sure seems like a great prospect and would love to see him in a Wild sweater down the road too.
It's hard to get as excited about the NHL draft since we won't see these guys for a couple of years but it's fun to watch them progress once they get drafted. Hopefully some trades will happen around the league to shake things up too.

I'd love Morgan Rielly but I wouldn't mind Jacob Trouba or Griffin Reinhart either.

Is Dumba still a top 10 projected pick? I wouldn't mind him either.

Better than trading him for a guy named Barker that costed them $$ and a roster spot

The biggest need for the team right now is obviously scoring, but we have prospects coming in that will hopefully improve that. Do we keep drafting for that need even though they likely won't play for a couple of years? Or should we just take the best available player?
This is what makes the NHL draft so tough IMO

Damn, the Blackhawks play at home the weekend the Gophers play at Soldier Field. BUT they play both Friday and Sunday night games, not the Saturday (between Gopher Games). Now I have to hope the Gophers play early on Sunday so I can try to get over for that National Anthem at United Center by 6:30 pm.

Trouba is from Rochester, Michigan, not Rochester, Minnesota as seems to be a typo that has spread and spread.

The rankings on guys out of the Top 10 are all over the place, so figure you can multiple that even more for 2nd/3rd round types. TSR had him ranked 57 at one point and pegged him as a 2nd or 3rd round pick.
Impossible to critique the selection until he's got a couple more years of play under his belt.
