Another neighbor has called the police before about the dogs. There is currently a 4' chain-link fence around her yard, but one of the dogs easily hurdles it when he sees a squirrel or something to chase. I know the police have been there a few times about the dogs, but it doesn't seem to do much good.
As for the lawn, in the past she has mowed it just often enough to maintain minimum standards, but she waits until it's out of control. When she does get around to mowing it, it usually chokes the mower and leaves hay bales of cut grass behind. I've already mowed my lawn 4 times this year, and she hasn't touched hers yet. I really don't aspire to be the Neighbor Nazi, but I'm kind of losing patience.

I could just sell and transfer to another holding company without a lot of issues (post-tax and all). But if I was in a traditional IRA, had to transfer for one reason or another, and required certificates, I thought I remember him saying it was something like $400-$500. He said it HAD to be a typo but it wouldn't surprise him either way.

I kid I kid. Seriously art modeling is an easy gig. Believe me no one in that class cares that you are nude and it's not like they make you stand up with legs spread. The pose is usually curled up or laying down, more interesting curves. I did some art class gigs in college. My weirdest gig was for a foot fetish fan. I have beautiful feet and worked as a foot model for several years; catalog work mostly. But the gigs for 'art work' for feet paid a lot of bills.
Nowhere, is to have to slow down from 55 to 20 and use my high beams to see if that next road is the road I need to turn on, due to no streetlights. Or any light.
