Did anyone watch the Cleveland Show tonight? I'll be shocked if this show gets beyond it's original purchase. It's worse than Family Guy, which used to be funny. Seth McFarlane is one of the most overrated writers on earth.

I watched about 5 minutes of the Cleveland Show. What little I saw was awful enough for me to change the channel. I had to record Family Guy since I was getting the kid ready for bed, but from what I read here it's probably not worth my time to sit down and watch it.

I thought it was one of the funnier episodes they had done in quite a while.....to each their own i guess...

As of right now the only HD games are the ones scheduled on BTN.

FSN doesn't want to rush into anything. They have their HD switch over set for 2029.

Couldn't agree more. It would be very easy for this show to become stale as the premise is the same each week, but the writing keeps it fresh.
30 Rock is the (intentionally) funniest show on TV right now, IMO

I am a big fan of House, Hugh Laurie is brilliant as that character. Towards the end of last season the whole hallucination thing bugged me then the season finale totally bowled me over...I didn't see the ending coming. So far this season is good, I love the writing....I wish my doctor could be that brutally honest!

The odd thing is about that show is that the original British version he is actually a very nice guy and a great motivator and manager. He cusses all the time still and can really be an arse when someone is not listening or giving him crap, but the US version basically makes him out to be an arse all the time.

I haven't seen the US version of the show...I'm watching it on BBC America. He doesn't come across as anything but passionate on the UK version. I am liking this show - it's the first time I've watched it.

I almost gave up on the series after a lackluster 2nd season and struggling through the first 2 episodes of season 3 on DVD, but someone told me season 4 was getting very good so I caught up and watched it. By far the best season and John Lithgow plays a great nemesis for Dexter. I have no idea where season 5 will go but I know it'll be very interesting.
Yes, it’s true. The History channel and BBC Worldwide announced today that work has begun on an American version of TopGear, with US presenters fronting the new show.
The first series of ten episodes will air on History next fall (an American-only season not dissimilar to ‘autumn’, we believe), though exact dates are yet to be finalised. It will be hosted by Tanner Foust, Adam Ferrara and Rutledge Wood.

This version will likely be awful. 99% of what makes the UK version awesome is the three hosts. You can't replicate that.

I wish more people felt that way. I've really enjoyed the show, but it's looking like a guarantee that it will be canceled after this season.
It's a really cool idea, though not always executed as well as it could have been. Plus, the extremely long winter break probably killed a lot of the following. Tonight's show should be pretty crazy though. I'm looking forward to it.

Mark me down as a big fan as well. It will be interesting to see which direction the show goes. For the first 7 or 8 episodes it was average. The last half dozen or so have been very entertaining! It turned into a good show when Al Gough did you know what.

Flash Forward rules.
Patrick Warburton is the funniest man on TV (other than Peter Griffin). He should get an Emmy for "Rules of Engagement".

Well it's a good that Lost kicked it in to gear, but now we have to wait an extra week for the next episode and that drives me crazy.
I've watched every episode of Rules of Engagement and this season is by far the best. Patrick Warburton has just gotten funnier and I really like the addition of David Spade's assistant.
If anyone is looking for a good comedy to watch, Party Down is starting it's 2nd season on Starz and it is very entertaining. You can also catch up with the 1st season and watch 2nd season episodes after they are aired on Netflix.
The X Factor wrote:FlashForward is the new Lost. It could get as big as Lost if they just gave it time. It's mostly the same writers and has a very similar feel to it. They'd better not cancel.
I've gotta catch up on Fringe too, that's another great show.
