A bit of a reality check for all involved on Friday night in Anchorage as the Gophers get back on the winning track by soundly beating the Seawolves by a 4 - 0 score.

Adam Wilcox recorded his second shutout of the season and the Gophers rang up four power play goals in the first two periods. Kyle Rau lead the way with two goals, while Nick Bjugstad and Ben Marshall chipped in goals as well.

This was the type of effort most fans wanted to see after a couple of weekends worth of up and down play. The Gophers will look to sweep the series and head home to do the same to Wisconsin after the rematch with UAA at 10PM local time tonight.
