I set up a fantasy baseball league on yahoo if anybody is interested in joining.

The MLB regular season starts on Wednesday March 28th with Seattle and Oakland playing in Japan so I set up the draft for Monday March 26th (7:00 pm) in order to have the league ready to count the regular season games in Japan.

Yeah I got your email and joined already. My only suggestion is that we maybe make this a keeper league in the future. We seem to play every year anyhow so might as well make it a little more interesting.

Another thing worth considering that people do on a different forum is a forum draft. Basically you start a few weeks before the season, draft players on the forum and they are manually added by the admin. Only reason I suggest this is because sometimes getting everyone together for a certain draft day can be difficult. It also allows people more time to make a decision and nobody will autodraft.

Not trying to tell you how to run the league just though I'd suggest these ideas and see if anyone likes them.

This is why we should do a forum draft. It wouldn't be at just a set time then that works for some and not for others. Would also allow others to do the pick you want if you're not around.

I set my pre-draft rankings for the first 5 rounds, so even if i'm not there to start I shouldn't hold things up.

Yeah, I couldn't make the draft either, and , I have never heard of a couple of my guys. Oh, well. I'll roll with them and see how it goes.
