I do find that I often judge the drivers of minivans, smart cars and prius type eco cars. I also judge people who drive trucks with huge tires and intentionaly loud mufflers. I bet I can profile the owner and their driving habits with high accuracy. Altough I admit mini vans are way too prevelant now. Even some normal people dirve them......yes I am the founder of the "I Will Never Own a Minivan Club of America."

If it makes you feel better we have lost our last 3 games because of one inning in each game.
Tuesday and Thursday we took a lead in the top of the first and lost the game in the bottom of the first.
Yesterday we had a lead going to top of 6 and allowed 4 runs because of mental mistakes. Lost 4-2. Stranded 8 runners.

Haha been there before. We've been ranked in the top 15 of the state most of the year for class A. We won our sub-section semifinal game with a walkoff suicide squeeze. We've won 5 games on walkoff plays this year haha. We went into the final inning in one game down by one, first guy got walked and the next guy hit a walkoff homerun.
In our sub-section semifinals and championship we gave up a total of 6 runs and they were all unearned. It wasn't a good day. Do you coach high school?

Some of us who have twins really need to use those double/triple strollers. And some of us that do that avoid those really congested areas. Having a little situational awareness is a start.

I prefer the F-14 style of stroller if that's the case. A pilot and a RIO.

This is kind of a simple pleasure on my part and I think you might get a kick out of it(maybe not though).
We took the boat out last night and tried to catch some evening walleye. We were really having no action and finally my dad hooked into something and pulled it up off the bottom and we saw it's side flash and realized it was a big fish. We thought for a second it was a walleye until it made a loooong run taking out drag and we realized what he had hooked into. After 5 or 6 long runs we got it tired out and netted it. Our measuring trough goes 36" and this muskie was hanging a good 3-4 inches over that so it turned out to be a real nice fish. The funny part was watching all those muskie fisherman pitching their humongous bucktails and whatnot and not catching anything while we stumble into a muskie on a jig head with a Gulp leech while trying to catch some walleye(which we did not catch any of).

Nice! I find it funny that people are already throwing the big stuff for Muskies. Although around the metro you could maybe get away with it since the water warms pretty quickly. Small and fast is usually the ticket for early June. I saw a guy casting a pounder bulldawg already. I usually don't see fish on those until at least July when you can find them in deeper water, but maybe I'm missing out on something. From the pluthera of boats out there on Saturday, everybody I talked to said they weren't even moving any fish so it made me feel good that I enticed the one to bite (although I rarely see a musky fishermen openly admit when they're having success).
Hitting a small lake in Maple Grove tomorrow evening. Hopefully I can find some action.

Not a muskie fisherman so I don't know what all the musky baits are called but pretty much everyone we saw was pitching some big a$$ baits out there. FYI, we were on Lake Independence. If you have never fished it for musky it might be worth a shot. It has some big fish and it is pretty darn close to the metro.

Ha! That's where I was starting at 5 am and where my biggest musky (51 incher) came from. That's the lake I fish most often too. I don't like Tonka because of all of the drunk a-holes. If I fish there it is only on a weekday early morning. I'll be at Indy plenty more times throughout the year since it's the lake I know the best.
I've fished it for walleye a handful of times too and never caught a damn thing.

On that same note, it boggles my mind that a business owner would let their employees smoke in front or anywhere in plain view of the clientele. I can't believe how many times I have seen it lately. It is probably just a function of the warming weather.

It seems like people here are often incapable of being direct on anything in the work place. I am not saying people need to be rude/harsh. Certainly you have to use some tact in some situations where what you have to say has some criticism of sorts. But I've found it is all too common in this state for people to avoid being direct with others. They pussyfoot around and avoid being direct and all that does is piss people off more in the long run because they feel there was a lack of honesty/sincerity in what was originally said.
I'm sure other places have their issues too but I think Minnesota is one of the worst in this regard. Too much MN Nice crap.

The History Channel would have told you all about how we were only able to storm the beaches with the help of extra terrestrials. And then the troops dug through a bunch of French barns looking for stuff to pawn or sell, after their buddies came down to look at it.
