That's funny. I was at the game and I don't know what I was looking at but my son started laughing and said that the zamboni ran into the net.

Well, it was not like he just bumped it either. He took her out nearly to the other blue line. Reminded me of the scene from Austin powers, where the dude gets run over by the steam roller..

From what I heard.... The driver forgot to put the towel down when he hit the ice. So the on ice guy got behind and put it down. The driver was completely turned looking at the on ice guy fixing the problem. In the mean time he kept going slowly down the ice. By the time he turned back, the net was in his blind spot and he had no idea it was there.
